All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Most orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Starting May 1st and continuing thru the end of September we may adjust the shipping schedule on heat sensitive items to limit their exposure. Shipments not able to be delivered within the same week as shipped may be held over until Monday of the following week. This allieviates packages sitting in a hot UPS warehouse over the weekend. Please allow extra time for deliveries due to this schedule. You can of course request expedited shipping of overnight or 2nd day if you are concerned. If at all possible - delivery to your place of work is best as those shipments typically arrive sooner and do not sit outside waiting for you to arrive home. When ordering heat sensitive items in the warmer months we suggest you upgrade shipping to include a cooler and ice packs. There will be an additional charge of $5.00 per insulated cooler for this service. If you decline the addition of a cooler and ice packs, we cannot be held responsible for melted items such as chocolates.Orders shipped to PO boxes, military addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates quoted in your shopping cart may be adjusted depending on the Priority Mail rates for your package.
